Calvin Recipe’s

Beef Stew
Ingredients: Stew meat, salt and pepper, onions, potatoes, carrots and Calvin and Cleo’s Bloody Mary Mix. Either one.
Rub meat with salt and paper, cut into bite size pieces.
Cut veggies into bite size pieces.
Place all into crockpot.
Add Calvin and Cleo’s to cover.
Cook 3-5 hours.
Thicken with flour as desired. -
Bloody Mary
Ingredients: Ice, vodka, Calvin and Cleo’s Bloody Mary Mix and something green to garnish.
Place ice in a large glass.
Fill 1/3 with Vodka.
Fill to full with Calvin and Cleo’s.
Garnish with a pickle or Celery. -
Easy Ribs
Ingredients: Your favorite ribs, salt and pepper, Calvin and Cleo’s Bloody Mary Mix
Rub Ribs with salt and pepper.
Place on tinfoil.
Cover both sides with Calvin and Cleo’s and pour on some extra.
Completely wrap Ribs with tinfoil.
Grill with indirect heat at 200 for an hour to an hour and one half.

Bloody Mary
Ingredients: Celery salt, Lime, Vodka, Parsley, Olives, Ice and Calvin and Cleo’s Bloody Mary Mix.
Spread Celery Salt on to a small plate.
Slice Lime into wedges.
Use one wedge to rub lip of pint glasses.
Fill glasses with Ice.
Pour two ounces of Vodka and five ounces of Calvin and Cleo’s into a shake half filled with Ice.
Shake gently.
Carefully pour into pint glass.
Garnish with two speared Olives, parsley and a lime wedge.
Enjoy slowly. -
Better than Mom’s Beef Stew (feeds 5-6)
Ingredients: 1 ½ pounds of Chuck Eye Roast, Salt and Pepper, ¾ pound potatoes, one large white onion, two cups Mushrooms, two large Carrots, frozen Peas, Smoked Paprika, dried Thyme, All Purpose Flour, Rosemary, Bay Leaf and Calvin and Cleo’s Bloody Mary Mix
Mix one tablespoon of salt and one table spoon of pepper.
Use mix to rub entire Roast.
Cut pounds of Roast into bite sized pieces.
Wash and peel Potatoes and Carrots
Cut Potatoes into bite sized pieces.
Slice Carrots.
Chop Onion.
Place all ingredients including ½ cup frozen peas into crockpot.
Cover completely with Calvin and Cleo’s Original Mix.
Add one teaspoon Smoked Paprika.
Add ½ teaspoon dried Thyme.
Add ½ teaspoon Rosemary.
Add one Bay Leaf.
Add ¼ All Purpose Flour.
Cool low heat for 4-5 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours.
